LVScripts™ (LVS™) and At Cost Meds™ (ACM™), powered by SRXV INC, operate as non-clinical Management Services Organizations (MSOs). We provide members with access to administrative services, cost-transparency tools, and provider coordination pathways. We do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or dispense medications. Any health-related services are performed exclusively by independent licensed providers and pharmacies operating in full compliance with HIPAA and applicable laws.

Data Use & Communications:

Your information is used strictly for administrative, membership, and coordination purposes.
Medical records and protected health information (PHI), where applicable, are maintained exclusively by independent providers using secure HIPAA-compliant platforms.
LVScripts™ and ACM™ do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

Mobile & SMS Consent:
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive administrative updates related to your membership, scheduling, and account activity. You may opt out at any time.

Policies

No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Membership and administrative fees are non-refundable. A 30-day advance notice is required to cancel future billing.
Shipping Policy: Applies to eligible OTC/wellness products and member materials only. Prescription items are fulfilled and shipped solely by independent licensed pharmacies.
Terms of Service: Services are provided exclusively through the At Cost Meds™ membership model under the MSO structure.
