🔒 No Refund Policy

All payments made to LVS™, ACM™, or SRXV INC are final and non-refundable.
Because our membership access, administrative work, and coordination services begin immediately upon purchase, no refunds will be issued for:

  • ACM™ or LVS™ memberships
  • Administrative, coordination, or technology-access fees
  • OTC, supplement, or wellness product orders
  • Consultations, scheduling, or provider-coordination services

These services involve resource allocation, secure system setup, and vendor engagement that cannot be reversed or resold once initiated.

All sales are final. No refunds will be granted for any reason once payment is processed.

📅 30-Day Advance Cancellation Policy

While payments are non-refundable, members may cancel future renewals or ongoing services with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Cancellation must be submitted by email to servicesupport@srxvinc.com at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Membership access remains active through the end of the current paid term.
  • After the 30-day notice period, billing stops automatically and no further charges occur.
  • Re-enrollment after cancellation may require a new activation fee or updated pricing.

⚖️ Additional Terms

  • Clinical & Pharmacy Services: Any prescription evaluations, telehealth consults, or dispensing activities are performed independently by licensed providers and pharmacies. Payments through LVS™ or ACM™ do not include or govern those services.
  • Shipping: Because all products are custom-allocated for each member, no returns or exchanges are permitted once shipped. Lost-package insurance claims will be filed with the carrier for resolution.
  • Compliance: This policy aligns with our Management Services Organization (MSO) model, ensuring that fees are for administrative coordination only—not medical or pharmacy fulfillment.

📨 How to Cancel

Send your cancellation notice to servicesupport@srxvinc.com with:

  1. Full Name and Email Address
  2. Order or Membership Number
  3. Requested Cancellation Date

You will receive written confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.

📍 Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in the appropriate courts of that state.
